Shows employee performance rankings on the Performance page and each employee's personal rank on their My Leaderboard page. When off, data is still tracked but not visible to employees.

When adding a farmer, FEs choose how they met them. This adds Event as a third option alongside One-to-one meeting and Other, with a picker from Masters → Event types. Currently off to keep the form simple — switch on if event-based capture is needed later.

Contact data download Security
Allow Sales Officers and Area Managers to download farmer/contact data (Excel, PDF, CSV). When off, export buttons are hidden for Sales Officer and Area Manager roles. Business Managers and above always retain download access. Default: off to prevent data theft.

Optionally capture GPS coordinates when farmer scans QR. Requires location permission on device.

Pre-selects the scan mode when creating a new event. Managers can still override per event in Basic Info. This setting is also changeable from the event creation form.
Farmers scan the event poster QR via WhatsApp to check in.
Leaderboard scoring weights
Admin only
Controls how each Sales Officer's and Area Manager's Score (out of 100) is calculated on the Performance and My Leaderboard pages. Adjust the weight given to each factor — they must always add up to 100. Add your own factor below if you want to score on something not listed.
Farmer connect targets & campaign period

Turn a weekly target on for any level(s) you want tracked — L1 and L2 are on by default, L3/L4 are off (team roll-up only) unless enabled here. Monthly, Quarterly, Campaign and Custom-range targets on the Performance page are all calculated automatically from whichever weekly figure is set, scaled to the number of days in that period.
